If you get sued, pay extra attention to security
A man said one party to a lawsuit paid him $15,000 to break into the other party's computers. He got some financial data and some email according to the allegations. Nothing proven yet.
It's the only such case I've heard of, but if you find one cockroach in the kitchen...
